Museum Fashion Show

Last week I was fortunate enough to attend the "Museum Fashion Show" at the National Museum of Korea. It was a great mix of traditional Korean dresses along with modern intrepetations of Korean fashion. Below are a few of my favorites...

Designer Young Hee Lee's modern version of the traditional korean dress "hanbok"

An up and coming designer that took inspiration from Korean sculptures to produce this gold bolero jacket.
The below three pieces were the most intriguing and fun pieces during the show. This new designer took inspiration from Korean ceramic vases to create her pieces. I thought the designs were clever and visually fascinating.
